What it does
Once installed, the agent can open real websites in a browser it controls, click buttons, fill in forms, take screenshots, read page content and extract data. It writes small scripts to do each step, checks the result, and keeps the browser page open between steps so work can continue. It can either launch a fresh Chromium window or connect to the user's own Chrome through a browser extension, in which case it can act inside sessions where the user is already logged in.
Great for
- Developers testing a web app they are building
- Analysts who need data pulled from websites into a structured form
- People who want repetitive web tasks such as form filling automated
- Users who want the agent to work inside their already logged-in Chrome session
Skip it if
- Sensitive accounts such as banking or email in extension mode, because the agent acts with the user's real session and the skill has no stated approval step before each action
- Bulk scraping of sites whose terms of service forbid it, since the skill explicitly recommends replaying network requests for large datasets
- Users who need a simple one-off answer from a web page; a plain web search or fetch is faster and lower risk
Try asking
- “Go to example.com, fill out the contact form with my details and take a screenshot of the confirmation page”
- “Log into my staging app and test whether the checkout flow works, then report any errors”
- “Scrape the list of article titles and comment counts from this Hacker News page into a table”
- “Automate the repetitive steps of exporting reports from this dashboard”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Start with standalone mode unless the task needs your logged-in browser; it keeps your own sessions separate.
- Ask the agent to show you the URL and actions before it submits forms, logs in or clicks anything that changes data.
- Use descriptive page names such as checkout or login so the agent can keep several browser tabs organised across steps.
