What it does

When installed, the agent builds a structured deposition outline for a named witness: background, key documents, topics tied to the case theory, and impeachment material. It first pulls documents from an eDiscovery platform and reads the firm's case theory from a local config file. It also enforces guardrails: it refuses to build an outline for a matter not logged through intake, asks before sending output to a non-privileged destination, requires quotes to be verbatim or marked for verification, and will not draft a witness statement in the witness's voice.
