What it does
Once installed, the agent can prepare a day plan for you, usually at the end of the day. It pulls your calendar through the WorkIQ connector, labels each meeting (customer, internal, learning, optional), flags conflicts, lunch clashes and late or early meetings, and looks for open tasks and recent notes related to the people or customers in each meeting. It then writes a structured HTML prep file with prep bullets and a productivity score.
Great for
- Professionals who use Outlook calendars and a WorkIQ connection and want a nightly briefing
- People who manage customer meetings and want prep bullets pulled from their own notes
- Anyone who wants to protect morning learning time and afternoon deep work blocks
Skip it if
- People without WorkIQ or Outlook access, since the core calendar step cannot run without it
- Teams whose meeting times, customer zones or lunch hours differ much from the built-in schedule, unless they edit the rules first, because the rules are hard-coded to a fixed daily structure
- Sensitive situations where calendar details and attendee emails should not be written into local HTML files
Try asking
- “Prepare me for tomorrow”
- “Prep me for Friday”
- “What does March 25 look like?”
- “Run daily prep for the next three working days”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Edit the time zones, learning targets and customer rules in SKILL.md to match your own working day before relying on the scores.
- Review the generated HTML before sharing it, since it contains attendee names and email addresses.
- Keep task and meeting summary files in the workspace so the prep bullets have useful context.
