What it does
Once this skill is installed, when you ask your AI to plan your day or stay focused, it builds a simple, colourful task board from a template and opens it in your browser. You can tell the AI what you finished and it guides you to tap the matching task, while the board tracks status, progress notes, priorities and counters for things like pages read. Progress is saved in your browser, and the design aims to be gentle for people with executive-function differences, with no overdue shaming.
Great for
- People who plan their day and like a visual checklist that feels encouraging
- Neurodivergent people who want focus mode, kind carryover and gentle deadline reminders
- Developers using GitHub Copilot or Claude who want a session tracker beside the chat
Skip it if
- Teams that need shared, multi-user task tracking, since progress lives only in one browser's localStorage
- Anyone who needs a backlog or long-term project management, because the skill is designed for about 4 to 9 tasks a day
- Users who expect a fully offline, file-only experience, since the workflow starts a local web server
Try asking
- “Help me plan today: finish the design doc by 5pm, read 30 pages, and go for a walk”
- “Set up a focus board for my study session with a pomodoro counter”
- “Make a daily board for my work tasks and open it in the side panel”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Keep to four to nine tasks and set a deadline on only one anchor task so the board stays focused
- Ask the AI to log small progress notes as you go, since the momentum feed builds from them
- Bind the server to 127.0.0.1 as the skill instructs, and avoid regenerating the board unless the task list changes
