What it does

This skill is a guided editor for an employment-law practice profile that a companion setup interview created earlier. When you ask to change one item, such as adding a state to your jurisdictions, adjusting risk posture, or updating a severance formula, the agent shows your current settings, asks for the new value, explains which other employment tools will be affected, and then saves the change to a config file. It also warns when a change creates contradictions or weakens safeguards such as citation checks and review flags.
