What it does

This skill guides the agent through connecting a Telegram bot to Claude. When you paste a bot token from BotFather, the agent saves it to a local .env file, locks the file to your user only, and then checks the access list. It shows who is allowed to message the bot, explains pending pairing codes, and recommends switching to a strict allowlist so only known Telegram user IDs can reach the assistant.
