What it does

This skill walks a commercial legal team through a first-run setup interview. Claude asks about the team's contract practice, asks for 5-10 recently signed agreements and an escalation matrix, extracts the team's actual negotiating positions from those documents, and writes a plain-English practice profile to a config file that other skills in the plugin read before working. It can also re-check which integrations (contract management, e-signature, storage, Slack) are actually connected, or redo just one side's playbook.
