What it does
Once installed, the agent can turn a short description of a patient into a formatted clinical case report, such as a SOAP note or a ward-round summary, laid out as a single-page HTML document. It follows a checklist and a set of format rules, and fills in gaps with plausible, internally consistent clinical values when the user has not supplied them. The output is meant to look like hospital documentation, but it is generated text, not a real patient record.
