What it does

This skill teaches an AI assistant to draft formal minutes for board or committee meetings, and written consents in place of meetings. It looks for upcoming meetings on your calendar if that connector is authorized, asks for attendees, agenda and pre-read materials, then produces a draft that copies the structure and resolution wording of your existing sample minutes. It also checks quorum and flags problems before drafting rather than producing minutes that imply a valid meeting occurred.
