How to use it

  1. 1Type a cron expression or pick a preset.
  2. 2Read the plain-English description.
  3. 3Check the next 10 run times in local time or UTC.
  4. 4Use the field builder to change minutes, hours, days, months and weekdays without memorising syntax.
You give
A standard 5-field cron expression or macro like @daily
You get
A human-readable description, the next 10 run times and an editable field breakdown

FAQ

What does */15 mean?

“Every 15 units starting from the lowest value” — in the minute field that's minutes 0, 15, 30 and 45.

Why does my job run on more days than expected?

When both day-of-month and day-of-week are set (neither is *), cron runs when either matches. “0 0 1 * 1” runs on the 1st AND every Monday.

Which time zone does cron use?

The server's system time zone unless configured otherwise. Switch the preview to UTC if your server runs in UTC, which most cloud servers do.
