Good to know
This tool doesn't run an AI model: it builds expert prompts from your inputs for you to use in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini (free or paid plans). “Open in” links put the prompt in the link to chatgpt.com / claude.ai and only appear for prompts under 2,000 characters; Gemini has no prefill link, so we copy the prompt for you. Inputs and progress are saved in this browser only. AI output can be wrong — each step includes a check. Not legal or financial advice.

FAQ

Why extract quotes before analysing?

For long documents, asking the model to pull exact quotes first and then answer only from them is a technique Anthropic recommends; it noticeably reduces made-up details and gives you locations to verify.

Will it work in ChatGPT or Gemini?

Yes — the XML-tagged prompts work in any model that accepts file uploads. They're tuned for Claude's handling of tags and long context.

Is my information sent anywhere?

Not by this page. Your inputs are filled into the prompts in your browser and saved locally. Text only leaves your device when you click Open in ChatGPT/Claude (the prompt is in the link) or paste it into an AI app yourself — so follow your organisation's rules about what you share with AI tools.
