What it does

When an operation issue asks it to ingest a captured source, the agent reads the source end to end, then writes a summary page for it and updates related entity, concept, and synthesis pages with cross-links and citations. It also refreshes the wiki index, flags any claims that contradict existing pages instead of overwriting them, and appends a dated entry to the wiki log. The raw source file is treated as read-only.
