What it does
When you feel lost after the agent says something, you can invoke this skill to ask it to restate its last message. The agent then re-explains the point with a bit of background, using short, controlled Simplified Technical English and the project's own vocabulary from a GLOSSARY.md file (following a GLOSSARY-MAP.md if the repo has several glossaries). It only changes how the explanation is delivered; it does not add tools or access to anything.
Great for
- People who get lost in dense technical replies from an AI agent
- Developers working in repos that keep a GLOSSARY.md of domain terms
- Non-native English speakers who want simpler, controlled wording
Skip it if
- Tasks needing new information or actions, since it only re-explains (it does not fetch or change anything)
- Repos without a GLOSSARY.md, where the terminology part will not apply (the skill gives no fallback for that case)
Try asking
- “Wait, I don't understand that last message. Re-pitch it with some context.”
- “Re-explain your last answer in simplified English using our glossary terms.”
- “Stop, that did not land. Say it again more simply.”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Invoke it right after the confusing message so the agent knows exactly what to restate.
- Make sure GLOSSARY.md exists in the repo first, otherwise the vocabulary instruction has nothing to draw on.
- Ask follow-up questions in the same thread if the re-pitch is still unclear.
