What it does

Once installed, the agent takes one job posting and your resume and builds a table matching each requirement to evidence in your background, flagging gaps. It then produces a tailored copy that reorders and rewords your existing bullets and skills for that job, without inventing facts; it asks you questions about anything missing. It can also give honest applicant-tracking-system (ATS) guidance and optionally draft a cover letter for that posting.
