What it does

Once installed, the agent interviews you role by role to draw out real achievements, asks for actual numbers or honest ranges (it is instructed never to invent them), and rewrites your duties as concise bullets in formats like XYZ, CAR, scope, or qualitative form. If the Reactive Resume MCP server is connected, it can also edit experience, project, volunteer and education sections after you approve the changes.
