Once installed, the agent follows a structured playbook for any PDF task: it first checks the file (page count, encryption, form fields, whether it is a scan), then extracts text or tables, combines, splits or rotates pages, builds new PDFs such as reports or invoices, or fills in forms, and validates the result. It ships Python scripts for each step so the work is repeatable rather than improvised.
