What it does

Once installed, when you ask the agent to explain or deeply understand a concept, term or idea, it examines it from eight directions: history, dialectics, phenomenology, linguistics, formalization, existentialism, aesthetics and meta-reflection. It then compresses these into a formula, a one-sentence insight and an ASCII structure diagram. The result is saved as a markdown note in a local notes folder.

Great for

  • Students who want a deep, multi-angle understanding of a difficult term
  • Writers or thinkers who like philosophical framing of ideas
  • People building a personal library of concept notes in markdown

Skip it if

  • Quick factual definitions, since the output is long and interpretive (a plain question is faster)
  • Users who do not want files written to ~/Documents/notes, because the skill saves a file there automatically
  • Anyone needing verified, sourced facts, since the skill relies on the model's own reasoning and does not cite sources

Try asking

  • “/ljg-learn 熵”
  • “explain concept: opportunity cost”
  • “deeply understand the idea of technical debt”
  • “解剖概念:信任”
Step-by-step guide: how to use Deep Concept AnatomyInstall, first run, examples, tips and FAQs

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Download the skill

    The ZIP contains the 1 original files, the MIT licence and an attribution note.

    ljg-learn.zip
  2. 2

    Add it to your agent

    Claude Code (all projects)

    mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && unzip ljg-learn.zip -d ~/.claude/skills/

    Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)

    mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip ljg-learn.zip -d .claude/skills/

    Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

    No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Give a specific concept name so the report and filename are clear
  • Check the saved file's location, since it is written to ~/Documents/notes by default
  • Expect Chinese-language output for Chinese prompts and review the interpretive content critically
