What it does

When you ask for a summary of recent meetings, the agent uses the Lark command-line tool to look up your meetings in a date range, finds the AI meeting notes and transcripts attached to them, and assembles a report listing each meeting with links to its notes. It can optionally write that report into a new Lark document. It works only with your own Lark account permissions, and it reads existing notes rather than recording meetings.

Great for

  • Managers or team leads who want a weekly digest of what meetings happened
  • People who attend many meetings and need a quick review of the past week or month
  • Users of Lark (Feishu) who already have the lark-cli tool installed and authorized

Skip it if

  • Users not on Lark/Feishu, since every step depends on Lark data and the lark-cli tool (it will not work for Google Calendar or Zoom)
  • Situations needing confidential meeting content shared more widely, because the report can be written to a shared document and transcript content is pulled into the agent's context
  • Searches over ranges longer than what the workflow chunks well, since it splits requests into one-month windows and may take many calls

Try asking

  • “Summarize the meetings I had this week into a weekly report”
  • “Give me an overview of which meetings I attended in the last 7 days”
  • “Pull the meeting notes and transcript links from last month and group them by day”
  • “Create a Lark document titled with this week's meeting summary”

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Download the skill

    The ZIP contains the 1 original files, the MIT licence and an attribution note.

    lark-workflow-meeting-summary.zip
  2. 2

    Add it to your agent

    Claude Code (all projects)

    mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && unzip lark-workflow-meeting-summary.zip -d ~/.claude/skills/

    Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)

    mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip lark-workflow-meeting-summary.zip -d .claude/skills/

    Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

    No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Authorize only the domains you need: vc for basic search and notes, adding drive for document content and minutes for the fallback path, since each grants more access.
  • Ask for an explicit date range such as 'last week' or '2025-03-01 to 2025-03-07' so the agent calculates dates with the system date command instead of guessing.
  • Review the generated report before sharing it, especially if you choose to publish it as a Lark document, because it may contain sensitive meeting content.
