What it does
This skill teaches an AI agent how to work with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results, a goal-tracking method) stored in Feishu/Lark. Once installed, the agent can look up a user's OKR cycles and their objectives, create batches of objectives and key results, update numeric progress, write progress notes, check alignment between goals, and read or reply to OKR comments. It does this by running the lark-cli command-line tool with the user's Lark account, and it follows documented steps for choosing the right command.
Great for
- Employees who keep OKRs in Feishu/Lark and want the agent to draft or update them
- Team leads reviewing alignment between their team's and their manager's objectives
- Users who want to batch-create OKR drafts from a list of goals
Skip it if
- Task management or calendar scheduling, which the skill explicitly hands off to other Lark skills (lark-task, lark-calendar)
- Performance reviews or evaluations, which the skill says it does not cover
- Organisations without Feishu/Lark, since every command targets that platform
Try asking
- “Show my OKR cycles and the objectives in the current cycle”
- “Create a batch of objectives and key results for my next quarter from this list”
- “Update the progress of my key result to 75 percent”
- “List the comments on my team's OKRs for this cycle and mark resolved ones”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Ask for a specific cycle or user, since the agent looks up IDs with contact search before reading OKRs.
- Say 'progress' or 'completion' for numeric updates and 'score' only when you really want to change the score field, as the skill keeps these separate.
- Review batch-created drafts in Feishu before relying on them, because writes change live OKR data.
