What it does
Once installed, the agent follows a structured process when you ask for fundraising documents. It first builds a single list of your key facts (traction, pricing, raise size, use of funds, team titles, milestones) and stops to resolve any conflicts before writing. It then drafts the asset type you need, such as a pitch deck, one-pager, investor memo, accelerator application or financial model, and checks every number against that source of truth. It is a writing and checking guide; it does not fetch data or run code.
Great for
- Founders preparing a seed or Series A pitch deck and supporting documents
- Startup teams who need a one-pager, memo and financial model that tell the same story
- Accelerator or incubator applicants answering application questions consistently
Skip it if
- Final legal or securities documents, since the skill gives writing guidance and no legal review (a lawyer should check offering terms)
- Making up traction numbers or market sizes; the skill asks for verifiable facts and the output is only as accurate as the figures you supply
Try asking
- “Draft a 12-slide pitch deck for our seed round using the metrics in this spreadsheet”
- “Turn our pitch deck into a one-page investor summary with the same numbers”
- “Build a bear, base and bull revenue model with explicit assumptions and a use-of-funds table”
- “Check our accelerator application answers against our existing deck for inconsistencies”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Give the agent your canonical facts up front (revenue, users, raise size, team titles) so it can build the source of truth before drafting.
- Ask for assumptions to be listed explicitly, then have a finance-literate person verify them before sharing with investors.
- For a web-native deck, the skill suggests pairing it with a separate frontend-slides skill.
