What it does
When this skill is installed, the agent plans monitoring dashboards around the questions an on-call operator actually asks: is the system healthy, where is the bottleneck, what changed, and what action should be taken. Instead of dumping every available metric onto a page, it starts from those questions, groups panels by health, latency, throughput and saturation, and checks existing dashboards for the target platform's JSON structure and query language before building. The skill is written in Japanese and is mainly guidance on structure and selection rather than code.
Great for
- Engineers or SRE teams who need a Grafana or SigNoz dashboard for a service, queue or database
- People turning a long list of metrics into a usable operations view
- Teams who want panels that include titles, units and sensible thresholds
Skip it if
- Users who only need a one-off chart or data analysis, since the skill is specific to operational monitoring dashboards
- Anyone expecting it to connect to their monitoring system by itself; the file contains no connection, credential or API instructions, so the agent's own access determines what it can read or change
Try asking
- “Build a Kafka monitoring dashboard in Grafana that shows health, lag and throughput”
- “Create a Grafana dashboard for Elasticsearch that highlights bottlenecks”
- “Make a SigNoz dashboard for this service focused on what operators need during an incident”
- “Turn this list of metrics into a real operations dashboard”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Name the service and the operator questions you care about up front, so the agent does not start from the visual layout
- Share an example existing dashboard from your platform so the agent can match its JSON structure and query language
- Ask for panel titles, units and thresholds explicitly to meet the skill's guardrails
