What it does
This skill is a set of written procedures that tells an AI agent how to handle email for a content rights case already open in ClawHub, the skill registry run by the OpenClaw project. It has the agent preview each email, wait for explicit human approval, send it through ClawHub's authenticated admin command line tool, and then record the exact message in the case file so there is an audit trail. It forbids creating new cases and forbids resending an email if the record step fails.
Great for
- ClawHub staff or moderators handling content rights requests who want an agent to draft and log replies consistently
- Maintainers reviewing how an agent should safely send outbound email tied to a case record
Skip it if
- Anyone outside ClawHub staff: it requires the internal admin CLI, authenticated access and internal case IDs, so it cannot be used by a general user.
- Sending general or marketing email: it is scoped to content rights correspondence and a specific removal notice template that names Rednote/Xiaohongshu rights; reusing it elsewhere could send inappropriate messages to real people.
Try asking
- “Draft a removal notice for case CHR-000007 for publisher handle alice and show me the preview before sending.”
- “Send the approved status update to the requester for CHR-000007 and then record it in the case.”
- “Check that CHR-000007 now lists the outbound correspondence after sending.”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Always read the dry-run output and confirm the recipient, subject and body yourself before giving signoff, since sending is real and cannot be undone.
- Keep the email body in a temporary file as the skill describes so the exact sent text is what gets recorded.
- If the send succeeds but recording fails, report it to staff rather than retrying, to avoid duplicate emails.
