What it does

When a pull request has review comments, this skill makes the agent read each comment, decide whether it is valid, and either fix the code, reply with an explanation, or flag it for a human. Approved fixes are handled by generic helper subagents, then pushed, replied to, and resolved on GitHub, with the agent checking that the changes actually appeared. Items it cannot safely decide are marked for a human instead of blocking the run.
