What it does

When installed, the agent works through the standard Business Model Canvas, a one-page framework covering customer segments, value propositions, channels, relationships, revenue, costs, key activities, resources and partners. It asks for or uses the details you give it and produces a structured canvas, checks that the blocks support each other, and flags a rough economic test (customer lifetime value should exceed three times acquisition cost).
