What it does

Once installed, the agent can answer questions like what changed with one customer account, or which accounts in your portfolio need attention. It gathers recent evidence from sources such as CRM, email, meeting transcripts, internal messages, files and calendar, then produces a read-only brief or watchlist summary with recommended actions. It does not create tasks, post digests, or write updates back to CRM.

Great for

  • Sales account owners who want a quick view of what changed before a customer call
  • Sales managers reviewing a portfolio or territory for accounts needing attention
  • Teams that already use CRM and connected email, meeting and file tools

Skip it if

  • Users without CRM or similar account data, since the skill treats CRM as the authoritative anchor and blocks the default readout without it (missing data leads to incomplete or unreliable briefs)
  • Anyone expecting automatic CRM updates or task creation, which this skill explicitly does not do
  • Non-sales uses such as general company research, since the workflow is built around account and opportunity fields

Try asking

  • “What changed with Acme Corp in the last 14 days?”
  • “Which accounts in my CRM portfolio need attention this week?”
  • “Give me an account brief for the Northwind opportunity focused on rollout blockers.”
  • “Monitor summary for my EMEA territory watchlist, focusing on churn risk.”

Get better results

  • State the mode up front (one account brief or portfolio monitor) and give an exact account name, domain or CRM id to avoid clarification rounds.
  • Supply a watchlist or owner name for Monitor requests so the scope is bounded to 50 accounts or fewer.
  • Specify a focus such as expansion, churn or stakeholder movement to get a more targeted brief.
