FAQ

What's the difference between a quote and an invoice?

A quote is an offer before work starts and is usually valid for a set period; an invoice is a request for payment after it's agreed or delivered. Once a quote is accepted, open the invoice generator and enter the same items.

How long should a quote be valid?

14–30 days is common. Shorter validity protects you when your costs (materials, exchange rates) move; it also nudges a decision.
