What it does
When installed, the agent checks how a website's images are delivered, looking at whether they come from an image CDN (a service that resizes and converts pictures automatically, such as Cloudinary, Imgix, Cloudflare Images or Vercel), how big the files are, and how they load. It then flags problems such as oversized or poorly formatted images and suggests fixes and ways to verify them in browser DevTools. The skill is a checklist-style review guide, based on the Front-End Checklist project's image rule.
Great for
- Front-end developers auditing a website's page speed
- Teams deciding whether to adopt an image CDN
- Designers or marketers who want a quick check of how site images are delivered
Skip it if
- Projects with no web images or front-end code, where the checklist does not apply
- Anyone expecting the skill to configure a live CDN account automatically; it gives guidance only and the review may miss context outside the files
- Sites with strict data-residency or privacy rules, since moving images to a third-party CDN sends them to an outside provider
Try asking
- “Review my project's image markup and tell me which images should be served through a CDN”
- “Check whether my product page images are too large for their rendered size”
- “Suggest how to set up Cloudinary or Imgix for responsive image sizes in my React app”
- “Explain how to confirm in DevTools that my images are now served as WebP or AVIF”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Point the agent at specific files or components so its findings name exact locations.
- Ask it to verify fixes in browser DevTools, since the skill recommends that check.
- Read references/rule.md for framework-specific examples before making changes.
