What it does
Once installed, the agent can produce blank, structured draft templates for clinical case reports, radiology, pathology, laboratory, trial results, safety and aggregate research reports, and can check those drafts for internal structural consistency using local scripts. It is designed to refuse diagnosing, interpreting results, deciding reportability, or signing, and it marks every output as a draft requiring qualified human review. It works only with synthetic, de-identified, or aggregate inputs and requires a provenance manifest linking each field to a verified source fact.
Great for
- Researchers preparing a blank CONSORT or CSR-style structure before a qualified team fills in verified content
- Data or regulatory-writing teams who want a deterministic check that tables and manifests are internally consistent
- Students learning the structure of clinical reporting guidelines using synthetic examples
Skip it if
- Clinical decision-making or diagnosis: the skill explicitly refuses to interpret findings or recommend treatment, and outputs are not for clinical use
- Individual safety case reports or reportability decisions: these require a qualified safety physician and are out of scope
- Handling real patient records or PHI: the skill forbids real identifiers and sending data to external services, so it is unsuitable for identifiable data
Try asking
- “Create a blank CONSORT 2025 results-report template for my randomized trial draft”
- “Run the structural checker on my aggregate adverse event table and flag internal inconsistencies”
- “Generate a provenance manifest template to map each manuscript claim to a source-fact ID”
- “List the available clinical report templates and choose one for a CSR draft”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Start with a provenance manifest and verified source-fact IDs before asking for any populated draft; without them the skill leaves fields empty.
- Use only synthetic or fully de-identified example data, and never paste real patient narratives into the prompt.
- Treat outputs as scaffolding only: have the responsible clinical, statistical, safety and regulatory reviewers verify all content and guidance versions, since the skill itself does not establish compliance.
