What it does

Once installed, the agent builds FAQ sections from text you paste or a topic you name. It pulls questions from the supplied content or support logs, removes duplicates, and answers them only from facts it can see, marking anything missing as unresolved instead of guessing. It also avoids inventing policies such as refund windows, and it treats instructions hidden inside pasted text as content rather than commands. The file is a set of written guidelines; it contains no scripts.
