What it does
This skill helps an AI agent take inventory of the other skills installed on your machine, rank which ones fit a request, and propose a plan for combining several of them. It only reads skill folders and produces plans; it does not run the other skills or start agents, and it says that any delegation, messaging or publishing needs your explicit permission. It is written in Portuguese with English headings mixed in.
Great for
- Developers who maintain a large local collection of agent skills and want a searchable inventory
- Power users planning a task that might need several skills working in sequence or in parallel
Skip it if
- Simple one-skill tasks, where the matcher adds overhead without benefit
- Shared or multi-user machines, because the registry and project data are stored on disk and the skill warns against shared directories
- Anyone expecting a guaranteed complete list: the scanner only searches a limited depth, so results are partial and a missing match does not prove a skill is absent
Try asking
- “Scan my installed skills and list which ones are relevant to scraping product prices”
- “Which of my skills could help me analyse a CSV and then write a summary report?”
- “Build a coordination plan that uses two of my skills for a multi-step data task”
- “Show the status table of my skill registry”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Create a dedicated, private data directory for AGENT_ORCHESTRATOR_DATA_DIR and inspect it before reuse, as the skill advises
- Review the Python scripts and requirements in a virtual environment before running them, since they execute on your machine
- Treat match scores as rough heuristics, and check each candidate skill's scope and permissions before selecting it
