What it does
When asked about who can see or change what in a business, the agent recommends a simple access review process and, on request, produces templates as CSV, SQL, JSON Schema or a Notion import mapping. It defaults to empty templates, denies access unless explicitly granted, and suggests a recurring review (quarterly as a starting point) rather than a one-off document. It does not invent facts about the user's company; unknown details are recorded as unknown.
Great for
- Small business owners setting up who can access which systems or data
- Operations staff preparing for an access review or audit
- Teams moving an access list from a spreadsheet into a structured format
Skip it if
- Payroll, tax filing or legal advice, which the skill explicitly excludes
- Security-critical access control for regulated systems, since it produces general templates and recommendations rather than verified controls
- Situations needing live checks of real system permissions, because the skill only compares grants when the user supplies the data and tool access is verified first
Try asking
- “Help me build an access matrix for my 12-person company with roles for owner, finance and line managers”
- “Review this spreadsheet of who can see our client invoices and tell me what looks wrong”
- “Create a CSV and SQL table for our role-by-module access matrix”
- “Set up a quarterly access review process for our team”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Give the agent your real role list and systems first so it can skip generic questions
- Ask for the CSV first and check it against your roles before importing into Notion or a database
- Note that the skill references an upstream shared contract and a notion-manual-import skill that are not included in this folder, so Notion steps may not work on their own
