Investor pitch deck workflow
Build a 12-slide seed or Series A narrative from your facts, stress-test it against investor objections, and hand it to a deck tool to design.
1Find the narrative
Give the model facts, not adjectives. It will build the story around your strongest proof, which is not always the product.

Ledgerly, seed, $2.5M, 142 paying restaurants, $31k MRR, 18% MoM growth.
Example output
1. Most compelling reason: restaurants are paying and staying — 142 venues and 18% monthly growth with 2.1% churn in a segment usually considered hard to sell to. 3. Slide order (excerpt) 2. "Independent restaurants lose a working day a week to bookkeeping" 3. "142 restaurants pay us $199 a month to get that day back" (traction moved up) 7. "A $1.4B bottom-up market: 600k venues x $199 x 12" Hardest question #1: "How do you acquire restaurants profitably?" — Slide 9 doesn't show CAC or payback. [NEEDED: CAC by channel]
Troubleshooting
- The model inflates numbers or adds metrics you didn't give: repeat 'Use only the facts I gave; insert [NEEDED] for gaps'.
- Titles are labels ('Market'): ask for every title to be a sentence with a verb and a number where possible.
- The deck tool rewrites your content: paste slide by slide or use its 'preserve text' option if it has one.
Known limitations
- This is narrative help, not financial or legal advice; securities rules apply to fundraising communications.
- Investor preferences vary by fund and region; validate with founders or advisers who have raised recently.
