Static FAQ with a sticky-style intro column and a two-column description list of questions and answers, no JavaScript.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. You pay the monthly plan price and nothing else. Hardware is optional and ships at cost.
- Which card readers work?
- Any Bluetooth reader from our store, plus tap-to-pay on iPhone XS and newer or Android 10+ phones with NFC.
- When do I get paid?
- Payouts land in your bank the next business day. Instant payouts are available for a 1% fee.
- Can I use it offline?
- Yes. Card payments queue securely when you lose signal and process as soon as you reconnect.
- Do you support tipping?
- Custom tip presets, split bills and tip pooling for staff are all built in.
- What about refunds?
- Issue full or partial refunds from any device. Fees are returned on refunds within 7 days.
